Beautiful space for creative work; suited for health, healing, and wellness workshops.

Space rental for Yoga and Pilates teachers (and other healing and wellness professionals are welcome) for one or more classes per week.

Month-to-month lease agreement.

All utilities are in included (utilities known as):

Internet
Water/Sewer
Gas and Electric
Trash
Most janitorial service covers outside of the building, the hallway outside the private office, break room, bath, and waiting room.
